Amazing hotel with air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. The staff assisted me with sim cards during my first stay. I’ll be back for Christmas!

Charming spot situated just steps from the hustle of the city, with an inviting atmosphere and friendly staff who made us feel at home upon arrival. The spacious junior suite offered high-quality toiletries, and the breakfast featured excellent homemade Majorcan products, although the breakfast staff seemed a bit less engaged. While finding parking and accessing the hotel was tricky, the supportive receptionist ensured the process went smoothly. The location was convenient for exploring nearby sights within a short walk.

great location but breakfast was inconsistent
The hotel offers a central location, tucked away on a quiet street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. My room was spacious and modern, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the city view from my room, enhancing my stay. Despite my experiences with the breakfast, the overall quality of the service was attentive and accommodating.

Perfect Blend of Comfort and Style
This hotel is a gem in the heart of old Lucca! The junior suite was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a large bathroom with an impressive dual rain shower head. The breakfast was truly delightful, offering an array of freshly baked pastries and gourmet options. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, even offering a drink upon arrival after our long journey. The only downside was that check-in took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it for this fantastic stay.

I found the minibar prices off the charts, like paying €4.50 for a small box of Pringles-that's a rough deal in my book. The atmosphere feels a bit sterile. I couldn't shake the feeling that the lounge and patio lacked vitality. It also left me wishing for some quality bar snacks to enjoy, instead of the Doritos served with my drink-it was an odd touch for a boutique hotel. While my Superior King Room lacked extra blankets, leaving it a bit chilly, there was no note to direct me to the front desk for help.

Couple looking for modern comfort
We didn't even want to leave the hotel in the morning because breakfast was so good it felt like a feast every day. The staff was genuinely kind and even offered to carry our bags which added a personal touch to our stay.
It wasn't the cheapest option but still worth every euro for what we experienced.
